The Core Offer
One-to-one coaching is the heart of ELOQIA’s work. It is the format in which the Embodied Eloquence Method can be applied with the precision, pacing, and depth that genuine transformation requires, because no two people arrive with the same voice, the same history, or the same development needs, and no group format can fully honour that.
In one-to-one work, the engagement is built entirely around you. Which stage of the Arc you are in. Which pillars need the most attention. What the specific contexts of your professional and personal life require. The programme does not begin with a curriculum, it begins with a careful, honest assessment of where you are, and moves from there.
The result, for those who do the work, is not a set of skills acquired and deployed in high-stakes moments. It is a fundamentally different relationship between who you are and how you express it, one that holds across every context, not just the ones you prepared for.
“This is not a programme you complete. It is a transformation you undergo – at the pace the work requires, in the depth it deserves.”

Who This Is For
ready to go to the root.
The clients who get the most from this work share certain qualities, not in their background or profession, but in their readiness. These are the signals we look for in an initial conversation.
You are intelligent, capable, and outwardly functioning well, but there is a persistent gap between how you show up and how you know you could. You have felt it for long enough that you are ready to address it properly.
You have tried communication training, speaking courses, or coaching before. Something useful was learned, but the depth was not there, and the change did not hold beyond the context in which it was built.
You are at a point of transition, a new role, an expanded remit, a significant professional or personal shift, and you recognise that this stage of your life requires a different version of how you show up.
You lead people, negotiate, present, or communicate in high-stakes contexts, and you know, with some precision, where the gaps are. You are not looking for general improvement. You want targeted, deep work.
You want your private voice and your professional voice to be the same voice. You are tired of managing the gap, and you sense that closing it would change everything.
You are willing to begin with the body before the voice, and the voice before the strategy. You understand, or are open to understanding, that lasting change in how you speak begins inside, not in the script.
How It Works
The one-to-one engagement follows the logic of the Embodied Eloquence Arc, not as a rigid programme, but as a map. Each stage builds on the last. The pacing is determined by the work, not the calendar.
01
Initial Assessment
Before any programme begins, there is a deep diagnostic conversation. Not a sales call – an honest, substantive exchange about where you are in the Arc, what the specific development needs are, and whether Eloqia one-to-one is the right format and fit for your situation.
If it is, we agree a scope and begin. If another format – groups, workshops, or a different entry point – would serve you better, we will say so. The assessment has one purpose: precision.
02
Somatic Foundation – Containment
Every engagement begins here, regardless of entry point. The work of establishing a regulated, grounded internal state is foundational to everything that follows. For some clients, this stage is brief, a recalibration of existing awareness. For others, it is the most significant work of the entire engagement.
Breath, body, nervous system, stillness. This is where the grounded voice is built, the calm, steady, embodied presence that makes everything else possible. It cannot be skipped. It will not be rushed.
03
Voice and Identity – Expression
With a regulated foundation in place, the work moves to voice. Voice Archaeology – the excavation of the natural voice from beneath the conditioning and performance accumulated over years. The Three Registers – mapping the public, private, and inner narrator voices and developing fluency across all three.
This stage often produces the most significant shifts in how clients relate to their own communication, not because new skills have been added, but because something original has been recovered. The voice that emerges here is not a better performance. It is a more honest one.
04
Narrative, Command, and the Silence Index
The middle of the engagement integrates the communication and leadership pillars: narrative mastery, rhetorical precision, the connecting voice, and the development of command, the authority that does not need to announce itself because it is simply present.
The Silence Index is introduced and practised here. What is not said. How to hold space. The cadence and pacing of a communicator who has nothing to prove. This is where presence becomes leadership, where what a person says and how they hold themselves in the saying of it begin to operate as a single, coherent expression.
05
Integration and the Generative Voice
The final stage brings everything together. The Eloquence Mirror – reviewing not the content but the quality of presence behind it. Daily Micro-Eloquence – treating every conversation of daily life as the practice ground. And, for those ready for it, the work of the Generative Voice: thinking about transmission, legacy, and what the development of the past months means for the people and environments around you.
The goal of the final stage is not completion but independence, a client who has internalised the work to the point where they no longer need Eloqia to sustain it.
What the Work Produces
A different way of being.
The outcomes of one-to-one coaching are not a list of deliverables. They are changes in how a person moves through the world, in professional contexts, in personal ones, and in the ordinary, unscripted moments that account for most of a life.
Clients describe the change differently. Some notice it first in the body — a new ease in high-pressure situations, a stillness that was not there before. Others notice it in their relationships – conversations that are cleaner, more direct, more honest. Others notice it at work – an authority that no longer has to be asserted because it is simply felt by those around them.
What they have in common is this: the effort involved in communication decreases, and the impact of it increases. This is the signature of genuine alignment, not more technique, but less friction between the person and their expression of it.
Composure that holds. The regulated internal state the work builds does not disappear under pressure. Clients describe entering high-stakes situations with a new quality of availability – present rather than managing.
A voice that is unmistakably yours. Not borrowed, not performed. The process of Voice Archaeology returns something original – and clients recognise it as such. This voice is not effortful. It simply is.
Authority without assertion. The kind that stabilises a room rather than competing with it. The capacity to hold silence, to speak once and be heard, to lead from settled conviction rather than performed confidence.
Consistency across contexts. The professional voice and the personal voice becoming, increasingly, one voice. Less performance, more presence – in every room, not only the prepared ones.
Communication that lands differently. Not just heard but trusted. Not just delivered but received. The shift from information transfer to genuine connection – in meetings, negotiations, and at home
The foundation for what comes next. For clients within the full Prosperiium arc, ELOQIA’s one-to-one work provides the authority that makes financial clarity and wealth strategy fully actionable – the voice that carries the life being built.
Programme Detail
The one-to-one engagement is structured for depth, not volume. Every element of the format is designed to support the kind of work that produces lasting change.
Engagement Length
Four to six months
The core engagement. Extended work available for clients entering at later Arc stages or returning for deeper development.
Session Frequency
Fortnightly
Sessions held every two weeks. This rhythm allows for integration between sessions – the work continues in the intervals.
Session Length
75 minutes
Sufficient depth for the somatic, voice, and narrative work without exhausting the capacity for integration.
Format
Online or in person
Sessions can be held online or in person depending on location and mutual preference. Both formats are fully supported.
Between Sessions
Practice frameworks
Daily Micro-Eloquence practices, reflection tools, and specific exercises assigned between each session to sustain the work.
Investment
On conversation
Fees are discussed as part of the initial assessment. Pricing reflects the depth of the engagement and is agreed before any commitment is made.
A note on the initial conversation:
The assessment session is substantive – it takes time and genuine attention. It is not a discovery call with a sales outcome. Both parties are assessing fit. If ELOQIA one-to-one is the right environment for the work you need to do, it will be clear from that conversation. If it is not, we will tell you – and wherever possible, point you towards what is.
This work is right for you if –
This work is not right for you if –
You Will Recognise Yourself
Not as a checklist – but as the honest description of what brings most clients to this work.
01
ou are capable and credible, and yet in certain rooms, you feel like a smaller version of yourself. The gap between what you know and what you project is one you are acutely aware of.
02
You have clarity in private and lose it in public. Under observation, something shifts, and the version that emerges is not the one you wanted to bring.
03
You communicate well, but it costs you. You leave important conversations exhausted in a way that suggests the effort is still too conscious, too effortful to be truly integrated.
04
Your professional voice and your personal voice feel like two different people. Neither fully comfortable, neither fully honest, a performance in both directions.
05
You want to be heard differently. Not more loudly. With more weight. You want your presence in a room to precede the words you say, and you have not yet found the framework to develop that.
06
You have tried communication or speaking training. The skills were useful in the short term. But something deeper was missing, and the change did not last beyond the context it was trained in.
